The UWCCC Flow Cytometry Laboratory will present Successful Cell Sorting: Tips, Tricks and Optimizations.  Kathryn Fox will provide a brief overview of cell sorting and then focus on sample preparation and panel design techniques to optimize your cell sorting experiments for success.  Examples of various down stream techniques will be highlighted with time for questions and discussion.
