72% of Outside Activities Reports completed!

Each year, as required by state and federal regulations, over 15,000 faculty, staff, and others complete outside activities reports (OARs). Disclosing and managing financial relationships is foundational to public trust in science and research and to informing human subjects who participate in university studies. Thank you to those who have completed their reporting for this year!

If you have not yet done so, please file your annual OAR at our OAR website by the April 30 deadline.

The OAR process and database are managed by the Conflict of Interest (COI) office, in partnership with the university’s COI Committee, and schools, colleges, and divisions. The program oversees Individual and Institutional Financial COIs. Schools, colleges, and divisions also use the OAR database to manage Conflicts of Commitment (CoC).
