Duplication of Instrumentation for Single Cell In Situ Spatial Transcriptomics Research
Description:
The Gene Expression Center will acquire a second 10X Genomics Xenium Analyzer to share the workload of the heavily used original analyzer. As current workflows have begun to experience delays due to a bottleneck in instrumentation processing, adding a second Xenium unit will directly reduce these experimental slowdowns and improve overall efficiency.
The Gene Expression Center provides cutting edge transcriptomic services including bulk, single cell and spatial transcriptomic library preparations for sequencing on Illumina / PacBio / Oxford Nanopore platforms in collaboration with the DNA Sequencing and Bioinformatics Resource Core.
