Postdoc Diversity and Inclusion Forum: A Diversity of Stories
Sharing the experiences of Postdocs from Underrepresented groups with campus leadership
The UW–Madison Postdoctoral Association Diversity & Inclusion committee is planning a virtual forum aimed at highlighting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice issues and challenges faced by UW–Madison’s postdocs from underrepresented groups.
The committee is soliciting personal narratives and campus policy recommendations from UW-Madison postdocs and would like to hear from you!
These stories and ideas will be read (anonymously) at the forum which will bring together university leadership, subject matter experts, postdocs, and other stakeholders to engage directly with and listen to your experiences and recommendations.
The committee has created a survey to record your submissions (due Dec. 16) along with a more detailed description of the event on the event website here (Link).
If you have questions or comments for the committee, please contact committee co-chair James Romero-Masters, Postdoctoral Fellow, Department of Oncology (jcromero@wisc.edu).
