UW–Madison Teaching Academy and UW CIPE Collaboration on a Joint Dual Distinguished Fellowship
UW–Madison Teaching Academy and UW Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (UW CIPE) have come to an agreement to award a joint dual fellowship –Teaching Academy and Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE)Distinguished Fellow – to eligible applicants.
This joint dual fellowship is an honorary award to recognize and honor excellence in IPE teaching, practice, research, and/or leadership. In order to be eligible for this joint dual fellowship, the applicants need to meet the following criteria:
Be a Member (or eligible to be a Member) of UW–Madison Teaching Academy
Provide evidence of exemplary achievement and contribution to interprofessional practice, education, research, and/or leadership (in two or more aforementioned areas)
Provide evidence of active engagement and commitment towards advancing IPE at UW–Madison through the work of UW CIPE
The Joint Dual Teaching Academy and IPE Distinguished Fellowship will require nomination (self-nomination, by a colleague, or through school/program)and the submission of an online application which will be available in summer 2021. Nominees shall be faculty members, academic staff, or graduate students with exemplary achievement, contribution, and commitment to interprofessional practice, education, research, and/or leadership at UW–Madison and beyond. The evaluation criteria along with the online application for 1-3 Distinguished Fellows will be released by late spring/early summer 2021. Please stay tuned.
