We envision an OVCR community of researchers, staff, students, and partners where every individual feels valued and connected, and all have equitable opportunities to succeed, contribute, and thrive. We aim to elevate OVCR as a model of inclusion and unity.

Our mission is to connect and empower the OVCR Community to actively integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into all aspects of their work.
