Dairy Symposium features the Dairy Innovation Hub’s most advanced research from all participating campuses. The Symposium is geared toward an academic audience and anyone who enjoys a deeper dive into research. Attendees will hear thought-provoking plenary sessions, research talks from each of the Hub’s four priority areas, flash talks from students and poster presentations from Hub-funded research. This is an in-person event at Memorial Union, with recordings available after the live event.
