The Delta Program’s Research Mentor Learning Communities are interactive, case scenario-based seminars designed to help you become the mentor you want to be (now or in the future). Topics include communicating effectively, aligning expectations, and cultivating a sense of belonging. Online and in-person sections are available, beginning in September.
