Mizar Tilt Light Sheet Demonstration on Mon Nov 12, 2018

Overview of light-sheet capabilities at 2:00 pm in 175 Biochemistry Labs

The Biochemistry Optical Core is hosting a demonstration of the Mizar Tilt Light Sheet during the week of November 12, 2018.  As a part of the demonstration, Mizar will be giving a seminar of sample preparation and light sheet capabilities on Monday November 12 at 2:00 pm in room 175 of the HF Deluca Biochemistry Labs.  The Tilt from Mizar Imaging is a modular light sheet illumination system designed for high-resolution imaging. The basic principles, advantages and applications of light sheet microscopy are outlined by the Huisken Lab at the Morgridge Institute for Research.
