New Executive Director of Physical Plant Jay Bieszke

Experienced naval facilities manager to lead Physical Plant in FP&M
Jay Bieszke, who has 20 years of experience managing complex engineering, construction and facilities maintenance programs, has been selected as the new executive director of the Physical Plant in UW–Madison Facilities Planning and Management.  Bieszke worked most recently as chief of staff for the assistant secretary of the Navy for energy, installations and environment. He previously served as regional facilities director for the six Navy bases in the Washington, D.C., area, and Facilities Maintenance and Repair Program manager on the Navy’s Pentagon staff.  Read more…
