UWBC Next Gen Sequencing Workshops (Feb.-May, 2018)

Series of NGS data analysis workshops for students, researchers and faculty

The Bioinformatics Resource Center (BRC) at the UW Biotechnology Center is offering a series of workshops for students, researchers, scientists, faculty and PIs who are interested in learning Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis skills with open-source software on a Linux platform.
Workshops are heavily hands-on and carried on a large BRC Linux computer.

Seating is limited: maximum of 8-10 participants; minimum of 2-3 depending on workshop. Register.  Note there is a fee associated with each workshop.
