Thinking of using flow cytometry, image cytometry, and/or cell sorting in your research?  Curious about flow cytometry?  Maybe you’d just like to up your game for journal club… The UWCCC Flow Cytometry Laboratory offers Introduction to Flow Cytometry, a series of three 90-minute lectures offered monthly.Topics include:  Theory of Flow Cytometry; Fluorescence and Fluorochromes; Proper Controls; Compensation; Sample Preparation; Panel Design, Optimization, and Standardization; Cell Sorting; Image Cytometry; and Data Analysis.

Lectures are Mon, Wed, Fri (in same week) from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
