Industry-sponsored research at the University of Wisconsin–Madison comprises an important component of our research portfolio. These partnerships support important faculty research, the grow and new technologies and discoveries, and bring new products to market, while also supporting students and creating future job opportunities.

The Office of  Business Engagement serves as the central campus liaison for business and industry partners interested in research partnerships, helping them connect with schools, colleges and other units on campus
